Cafeteria Benefit Plan - Each employee is given a set dollar amount each month to use towards the options available in the plan.

- Cafeteria 125 Flexible Spending Plan - Employees can elect that monies be deducted from their pay before taxes and placed into the following accounts:
- Medical Spending - $6600 limit per year.
- Dependent Care - $5000 limit per year
- Health Premiums within WSI Group Health Plan

Other Benefit Options:
- 401K Tax Favored Savings Program – Company match provided.
- Earned Personal Time - (applies to non-exempt staff only) This benefit is inclusive of all personal days: vacation, sick, bereavement, etc. It is based on years of service. EPT is provided on a yearly basis and any remaining EPT at year-end can be cashed out or a maximum of five days can be rolled over to the following year.
- Holidays - WSI has a set calendar each year of paid holidays and also allows non-exempt employees to take their birthday off as a paid holiday.
- Bonus Opportunity - WSI has a formalized bonus plan available for all employees, except contracted producers, that is dependent on WSI financial status as well as approval of the Board of Directors at the end of each year.
