It is our commitment to deliver this service to Montana schools into the 21st Century.
Property and Liability Insurance Plan. The Western States Insurance Property/Liability Program has carefully studied the coverage needs of Montana School Districts. 313 member school districts and special educational cooperatives participate in the property/liability program which features lower administrative costs and lower premiums.
